Challenge
From charred Siberian larch cladding to 20m long thermospan roofing panels, our client had a very specific vision. We were also working on soft ground, which required a driven piles. All of this, while phasing the construction due to client living on-site during construction.
Approach
We coordinated with specialist providers to deliver the premium finishings our clients were after, managed difficult ground conditions through clever foundation design and carried everything out with the client's comfort and living situation in mind.
Outcome
A premium, high-spec, waterfront property completed on budget.
